Affordable Korean Buffet Any Time Of The Day!
Not sure what to eat when you are in Seoul? For only 12,900KRW (lunch time 11am – 4pm on weekdays), you have your problem solved with a Korean style buffet that offers you a wide selection of delicacies as well as desserts at a very affordable price!
Chayeon Byeolgok is a Korean buffet franchise chain that promises great quality food at afforable prices. If you go during lunch time on a weekday, it costs only 12,900KRW per person. For any other time slots you pay no more than 19,900KRW nett! This is much more affordable than most buffet options we have in Singapore.
At Chayeon Byeolgok, on top of the typical Korean food such as samgyeopsal (grilled pork belly), tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes), kimchijjim (braised kimchi), toenjangjjigae (soy bean stew), there are also other culinary choices such as dumplings, sweet and spicy pork, fried udon, porridge and bibimbap! Talk about choices!
- High class buffet dining experience at an affordable price.
- Make your own bibimbap.
- Help yourself to the delicious spicy rice cakes here. They are really delicious!
We loved how the restaurant provides a pleasant and comfortable dining experience. The staffs are on hand to clear your plates diligently, and food is also constantly topped up. Not to forget, the food selections here are high quality and really delicious. A must-try here are the dumplings. We have not had such delicious and sweet dumplings in a long time! The fried meat dishes such as the glazed chicken and sweet and sour pork were also really good.
- Fried meat choices.
Each table also comes with a gas stove. Should you want to enjoy the soy bean stew, simply bring over the soup bowl from the buffet counter and heat it up at your stove. The soup contains a generous serving of tofu, mushrooms and vegetables.
- Toenjjang stew.
- Different kinds of Korean porridges.
- Korean pancakes.
- The salad bar.
- Wide assortment of Korean desserts.
We also loved the DIY patbingsu (red bean ice) here. You get to custom make your own patbingsu by choosing the amount of ice, red beans, milk as well as sunflower seeds to add. You can even add some ice cream for the extra sweetness! Perfect for the aftermeal dessert!
- Make your own patbingsu.
- Your choice of toppings.
- Diners helping themselves to the ice cream.
- Superb dining experience.
